At the southwest corner of the intersection of E0610 Road and N2899 Road is an interesting complex; Mt. Zion Church and Morrison Hall, and between them a red brick pioneer memorial. Although the buildings are abandoned, the grass had been recently mowed on my visit, so some one is maintaining the site. Mt. Zion Church is a white wood-sided building with (mostly) boarded-up windows. The bell is atop a tall tower in front of (on the east side) of the church.
