The Hominy Public Library is on Main just west of the Cha' Tullis gallery. It has a wonderful welcoming ambience. This is such a small library that you need to email your interlibrary loan request. There appears to be a nice selection of reading material inside, and a beautiful blue bench at the entrance that honors former librarian Wallie Haught (2003-2017).

The Hominy Public Library's history began in the 1920's when a group of extraordinary women took matters into their own hands. Now, nearly a century later, their dream continues to grow.
What started out as a small lending library of donated books has grown into our community's information hub and collection of more than 16,000 volumes.
