The statue is life size of a man dressed as a Shriner with tall hat and tassel. In his left arm he is holding a little girl with short curly hair, there are braces on her legs. In his right hand he is holding a pair of crutches. The sculpture is plain grey except for the hat which is painted burgundy and gold, with a black tassel.
