Just a decade ago, there wasn't much going on here, but today, the planned communities have sprung up, and there's lots of growth and traffic. Be careful of traffic flying through the parking lot here, but this is actually an easy-to-reach location.

The Starbucks is about average in size, with tables and chairs towards the back on the long section of the wall, with comfy chairs (enclosed by partitions) in front of it, and a long table up front. There's also some bar stool seating along the window, as well as an outdoor patio where one can observe traffic. There are plenty of outlets along the long wall, as well as a covered outlet box outside. Service is really, really good here, and as to the wi-fi signal, while it's also very good, it's a bit slower than many Starbucks. You may not even notice unless you run a speed test.
