NSW State Survey Permanent Marker 91073, found on Hart Street Balmain East next to a small path leading to the Balmain East Propeller Park. The Propeller Park is a beautiful open space along the foreshore with great views out to the working Mort Bay. Large old ship propellers have been placed along the path as an acknowledgement of the areas ship building past. If you visit in November you will also see the magnificent 'introduced' Jacaranda tree in bloom covered with beautiful bright purple flowers.
