This marker for the Norman and Dorothy Smith Farm is at the northeast corner of a rural intersection northeast of Kingfisher. The farm was awarded "Centennial Farm" status in 1990. Dorothy passed away in 2005; as of this writing Norman is living in Oklahoma City. No buildings stand on the farm today; it is now crop land and a small parcel hosts a natural gas well.
