In 2020, the U.S. Postal Service issued a set of stamps featuring ten different American gardens. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay, Maine is by far the newest of the lot having just opened in 2007. These gardens have a lot of what you’d expect such as a children’s garden and a butterfly house as well as some unique features like giant trolls hidden in the woods. There are also miles of forest trails leading to overlooks of the Back River. The view on the stamp is from just outside the café/gift shop.
