The pier is free to stroll and check out the views. If you plan to fish you have to pay $5 per fishing rod. There is a nearby bait shop. The pier is open 24 hours. There are lights under the pier that go all the way around. You can get a wheel chair up on the pier but will be very hard to get by the fisherman. The pier is just a little wider than a wheelchair but not by much.
The Fulton Fishing Pier was provided by FEMA disaster funds and private donors. The original was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey.
