This Caledonian McBrayne ferry terminal is situated at the town centre of Largs on the Firth of Clyde coast in the northern part of Ayrshire on the west coast of Scotland. It serves the ferry service for the ten minute journey over to the island of Great Cumbrae, a mile and a half to the west.
The terminal is open from 6.20am (8.00am Sundays) until 8.15pm, with the MV Loch Shira sailing back and forth between Largs and the Cumbrae slipway. A bus service then runs from here, three miles to the south, to the islands only settlement at Millport.
