The Van der Valk hotel chain is a well known name in the Netherlands. They have 100+ restaurant mainly in the Netherlands. A large part of their chain (including this hotel in Dordrecht) is dog friendly.

They have a seperate page on their website for dogs/animals.

Specifically for Dordrecht they mention:

"Only allowed in selected comfort double rooms
