Phil Silva ran a country and western bar on this spot for 30 years. Then he closed it and built a gas station, which he wanted to set apart from any other. So he named it Gasquatch and filled its minimart with sasquatch-themed merchandise. The station is also home to Phil's Elite Muscle Car Museum, with about a dozen classic muscle cars on display. The cars can be viewed (from a short distance) at any time, and close-up tours are available by arrangement.
