The smallest of three stone pyramid monuments located in this small park. Located near the intersection of West Chestnut Avenue and 40th Street.

The shaft has a bronze plaque that reads:
"Blair County War Mothers Memorial
That the loving memory of Blair County's War Mothers may be forever perpetuated, this shaft is erected by a grateful people"
