The Starbucks is located along a busy highway, and its location is such that you may have to dodge a long line at the drive thru. Parking in the lot can also be problematical, as there are only a few spots in front of the store. Walk a little bit, it won't hurt you.
The store is about average in size, with some comfy chairs up front, a long table near the center, and the usual tables and chairs in the rest of the space. There's also one of those newer padded benches near the barista area, and the outdoor patio is covered, providing much-needed shelter from the Arizona heat. If you're looking to plug in your gadgets, have a seat on the padded bench or at the long table, where you'll find outlets at your feet. There are also a few wall outlets throughout the store.
As to the access, it's the classic "Find the SSID and go" scenario. Signal strength is pretty good, as is the counter service.
