This tender is next to an alley is in front of a empty lot. This placement seems strange, but consider two businesses were here, and in March of 2021 a big fire completely destroyed 317 and 319 Main Street addresses, and they were then razed causing the empty lot.

The tender is a post with two wire loops, simple but effective. This one has a bike already locked on.
