10 km from the center of Kiel in Quarnbek, Schleswig Holstein you will find this plaque marking the 10th longitude. the marking line runs over the cycle path. The distance to respectively the North pole and the South pole are also given: 3973 and 16008 km.
An information sign at the site tells about the countries through which the meridian runs.
I was only able to obtain coords with my cellphone. The marking line is where it should be!
