In the wall of the council there is this panel with the caracteristics that I describe:
The panel has a image of council of ARASAAC that is a platform with "pictogramas" where you can make a lot of materials for people thay has mental problems or autism. Easy read too.
On the bottom has a braille word of Ayuntamiento (council) fir blind people.
