The farmland of long ago now includes a trail. The fencing has gone, but parts remain. This electric fence insulator is held by the tree to show the farming history of the area. Eventually the insulator will no longer be visible when the tree completely engulfs (engulps?) it.

It is an evergreen, perhaps juniper.
Type of Tree: Cedar
