The sign is identical on both sides, its title "Lakeside Boardwalk and Park Map". The "boardwalk" is actually just concrete, and an inset in the lower left corner shows not only its path through the area, but also locations of parks, playgrounds, water fountains, picnic tables and barbeque facilities, trailheads, and fitness stations. Grapevine Lake is noted as being to the west, while the "business district", The Shops of Lakeside, is to the northeast (note the Moviehouse & Eatery). There's also a directional arrow pointing north to assist in orientation, and the red dot is where you're standing, in the 700 block of Sandy Ln.
