"Schrobbelèr is a Tilburg herbal liqueur. At 21.5% it has a slightly lower alcohol percentage than most herbal bitters and is therefore relatively sweet. The drink is sold in a stone pitcher and is drunk cool from a chalice glass that is slightly larger than a shot glass. The drink is very popular during the carnival in Tilburg."
