Artist info:
"Cathalijne Postma Cathalijne (1981) studied as a three-dimensional designer at Sint Lucas Antwerp with a deepening in the visual arts at the same training. Her work has recognizable forms that suddenly turn into indefinable 'branches', which mislead our eye and make us look differently; they shape the inscrutable universe in her work. Recognizable emotional elements are often interwoven, such as photos, text or references to classical elements, a visual language of form with an associative character. Debbie van Berkel Debbie (1980) studied at the master Graphic Design of Post St. Joost academy in Breda. In her work she shows and connects different worlds, the link from concept to imagination. Concepts and analyzes are substantiated with poetry, visual arts, philosophy and all other associations. It is precisely the concept thinking and image analysis of the world around her that fascinates her. Something you normally pass by takes on new value. Jojanneke Postma Jojanneke (1983) graduated from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. From the outset she has been interested in making the value of the obvious during travel visible. By painting the different layers in speed, they make room for their own musings. Along the way you are in-between, free and open to new connections. However, painting is not the only medium for her. With other mediums and technologies, she can express her interests without limits." Source: https://kasboek.org/studiokasboek/
