Andrew Curtin was the governor of Pennsylvania during the Civil War. A statue of him is located at the Pennsylvania State Memorial in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

The statue is life sized and is located at one of the corners of the Pennsylvania State Memorial, the largest state funded monument at Gettysburg. It is made of bronze and is over 100 years old. Photos taken on 14 September 2021.

He served as the Governor of Pennsylvania during the Civil War, helped defend his state during the Gettysburg Campaign, and led organization of the creation of the National Cemetery and the ceremony that included Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address."
