Ft.Gibson is still one of the most intriguing Historic Forts I know of.
It is the End of the Trail of Tears and has alot of History.
It is also know as The Civil War Old Wire Road...The first telephone in Oklahoma was at Ft. Gibson.
I have been from one end to the other.
Make sure and tour the Old Fort Gibson it is well worth the stop and tour.
The Water Tank is Located in the Northern Part of town.
