"n 2018, the company made its first attempt at an IPO in Amsterdam to raise growth capital. But the planned IPO had to be canceled at the very last minute due to insufficient investor enthusiasm. This put the goal of raising 100 million euros in jeopardy. By taking over the listing of special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”) Dutch Star Companies One (owned by former Delta Lloyd CEO Niek Hoek), the IPO became a fact in 2020. Major shareholders were the company DSCO together with investment fund Teslin for about a third of the shares.
The IPO was followed by acquisitions of payment service provider PayPlaza, Yourticketprovider, Global Ticket, CX Company and RobinHQ."
