Richmond Indiana is known for many things but it is also home to the Model T museum and what better way to let people know than to put a Model T in a spot where everyone sees it? The tower has "Historic Richmond" on both sides and it is just north of the Model T Museum. The Tower that it sits on is an old retired water tower.
