The cornerstone indicates that the building was constructed in 1925, but the brickwork looks much newer. There's not much to be found about them otherwise, although they do have some ties to the
Grandview Lodge a bit north of here. That influential lodge petitioned the Grand Lodge of Texas in 1886 to charter this lodge, and that took place officially on December 14, 1887.
