The bronze plaque features a relief of all seven crew members as the space shuttle launches from Cape Canaveral. The shuttle exploded 77 seconds after liftoff due to a failure in the rubber O-ring in the SRBs in part due to abnormally below freezing temperatures in Florida. Photos were taken on 10 September 2021.
