My wife and I were in the area for a guided tour of a local cemetery by the county historical society. After passing on some long waits at Battle Lake restaurants we took a chance on getting a bit to eat in little Clitherall. We had good lasagna at the Old Town Bar & Grill once before. This time my wife ordered the walleye and I got a cheese burger. Good call on my part.
We were seated and got our order in quickly and did not have much of a wait for the food. The burger had enough seasoning to add to the beef, but not so much that the meat was second fiddle, and the burger was on a good roll. Baskets come with a choice of french fries, potato chips or coleslaw.
