The statue was placed in 2012 on the centennial celebration of Arizona. The woman has just killed a large rattlesnake and you're given the impression that dinner will be ready shortly. The city of Prescott Valley has created a municipal park that includes an outdoor stadium, library, police offices, town offices and municipal services building.
