Taken from the link, "Will dated May 5, 1813, buried in the Presbyterian Church Yard at Lambertville, N. J.Served in the French and Indian War (1759). Was a Captain in the N. J. forces during the Revolution and was prominent in
the activities around Coryell's Ferry. New Hope, PA is resort area across from Lambertville, NJ that is heavily tied to Coryell name. There is a Coryell ferry ride and the old homes, cemetery, and streets to commemorate the family. Very involved with George Washington and his crossing of the Delaware. They invested heavily in the Revolutionary War and never were repaid for their loans.
He married Eleanor Pidcock. His son, Cornelius married Mary Pidcock.
