This fountain is located in front of the Zebulon Town Hall which is formerly known as the Wakelon School. The fountain was given by Friends of Wakelon, Inc and the Zebulon Woman's Club. The fountain is two tiered with a pool at the bottom. It is situated on brick and granite pavers, some of which are engraved with the names of those individuals who provided monetary donations for the fountain.
