A Little Free Library at the YWCA was part of Jeremiah Tiews' Eagle Project. This is a wooden structure with four shelves. It is located in a landscaped area outside the YWCA, and next to the parking lot.

According to his Linkedin bio, he "developed, designed, and raised funds for the Eagle Project. He led a team in building three Little Free Libraries."
