"New Orleans is a skyscraper in the Dutch city of Rotterdam designed by Álvaro Siza.
The building is located on the Otto Reuchlinweg on the Wilhelminapier and borders the river Nieuwe Maas. In 2007, the go-ahead for construction of the New Orleans was given. The building reached its highest point in the spring of 2010 and the building was officially opened on November 6, 2010. The 158.35 meter high building[1] is the second tallest building in Rotterdam and the Netherlands and the tallest residential tower."
