At about 18 kilometres north of Rock Creek on Highway 33 is the turn off to the old Rhone Road. If one were to take the turn and proceed about 1.7 kilometres north they should find themselves at or near the gate of the Fillmore Farm. Entering the farm, one may eventually encounter a member of the Fillmore family. They are really nice people and a simple request would likely allow one to proceed through their yard east to the KVR Rail Trail, which passes just east of their yard. From there, a walk of 150 metres or so to the south would take one to 416J, which is a metre east of the west fence.
An alternative would be to stop at the rail trail as it crosses Rhone Road just west and north from the bridge over the Kettle River, then walk about a kilometre north along the KVR Rail Trail to 416J.
In either case, 416J, mounted atop a 6 - 8 inch tall square concrete monument, will be obscured by tall grass, so having the coordinates will be a definite advantage.
