This plaque is located at the entrance of Jarvis Lions Park in Jarvis, Ontario. Located on a bridge "gate" structure on the right side above a Lions emblem. The plaque was placed in 1967, 100 years after the confederation of Canada on July 1st, 1867. The plaque also features the stylized maple leaf that was made for the centennial.
