Taken from the NRHP nomination form, "Building V is located at the corner of Cecil and Market Streets. It is a two story frame house, three bays wide with a single, very wide flush end chimney. A two story frame wing, added in the second half of the nineteenth century, extends to
the rear. Efforts are being made by the Charlestown Colonial Commission to purchase this property."
