Op de Graafdijk-West is in 2020 een plaquette van het gedicht Vertel Stoep van Jos van Hest onthuld. Volgens binnenwaard.nl is het gesponsord door de Lions club Alblasserwaard Souburgh. Het stempel van de Lions club staat ook op de plaquette. Het is onderdeel van het project 'dichter bij de polder'.
Het gedicht gaat over het boerenleven van vroeger, specifiek het poetsen en boenen van de kleding.

In 2020, a plaque of the poem Vertel Stoep (Story Boardwalk) by Jos van Hest was unveiled on Graafdijk-West. According to Binnenwaard.nl, it is sponsored by the Lions club Alblasserwaard Souburgh. The stamp of the Lions club is also on the plaque. It is part of the 'closer to the polder' project.
