There are all kinds of locks on the circuit of the cast iron pier in Blankenberge.
The pier was built in 1894. With a 350 meter long bridge you reach the platform.
There used to be a restaurant here.
On the platform you stand above the raging waves and you feel the construction move through the wind.
The bridge and the platform will be thoroughly renovated in 2022, previously this also happened in 2003.
