The landscapes of Lanzarote are as impressive as they are peculiar. We owe part of that charm to the Timanfaya National Park, it is the only national park in the Spanish network of an eminently geological nature.

This protected space offers several options to discover and enjoy it, little by little, and without ceasing to be surprised. Around the LZ-67 highway, which connects the municipalities of Tinajo and Yaiza,
there are the different facilities and infrastructures that are detailed below:
Visitors Center
Before starting the visit, we recommend getting to know the Visitor Center located in Mancha Blanca, where, free of charge and through an exhibition set and an audiovisual program, a complete view of the Park is offered in several languages.
The Center is adapted to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility and has a shop - bookstore.
Mountains of fire:
In the Mountains of Fire, travelers will be able to enter fully into the volcanic world. It is accessed through the Taro de Entrada (road LZ-67) where the entrance is paid (information on rates (https://turismolanzarote.com/cact-lanzarote-tarifas-y-bonos/)), and whose price includes the service parking lot, geothermal demonstrations and the bus tour along the Ruta de
the volcanoes.
Camel ditch:
Continuing along the LZ-67 road in the direction of Yaiza, we find the Echadero de Camellos. In this place you can take a dromedary tour. The stall has a Museum - Information Point that offers an exhibition on the National Park, the traditional use of dromedaries and farm implements. It is accessible for people with reduced mobility. It is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.
Tours to walk:
- Tremesana route. Guided walking tour of about 2km with prior reservation at the Mancha Blanca Visitor Center. ? +34 928849839 (tel: +34928840839)
- Route of the coast. It can be a guided tour with prior reservation like the previous route, or it can be walked freely. It is a path parallel to the coast through the public domain.
