For years, there has been a hiking trail up Rowsell's Hill. Today, there are toilets beside the trailhead in the park. Years ago, this outhouse was likely used by hikers. The outhouse is some distance up the trail and off the trail. It would be easily missed if not for the Restroom sign along the trail. Vegetation inside the outhouse suggests that the toilet seat has not been used in a long time.
Location: The red wooden outhouse is off the hiking trail. However, there is a sign on the trail.
