This Geodetic Survey Marker of Canada Benchmark is located along Highway 3, known locally as Talbot Street. The bench mark is located on a culvert and is one of many that line Highway 3. This one appears to be featured on the Government of Canada Website as destroyed.

Perhaps meaning either the inspection in 2013 was mistaken or this was a replacement for the original.

"Jarvis large concrete culvert under talbot street (highway no. 3), 240 m east of highway no. 6, 38 m east of walpole street, opposite marshall dairy limited, tablet in top of wall on north side of road, 30 cm from east end, 1.4 m west of a telephone pole, 5.5 m southwest of a large oak tree. "
