This Eagle Scout Project provides a drop box for members of the community to leave any flags that need to be retired. It is located in a community park near a veterans memorial and is close to the drive for easy access. It is metal and about the size of a paper box. The box is painted white and has an American Flag painted on it. At the top of the box is a slot to drop the flags in and in the rear is a small door at the bottom to remove the flags.
