The memorial has been at Ivy Tech for several years. From (
visit link) it is reported that remembrances are held annually and that the beam was brought back by Fire Fighters Union Local 586 Member and Honor Guard Coordinator Robert Loviscek.
I found this just by driving around during a recent visit.
