On the State Farm Insurance building, and this quilt does not have a plaque identifying it as the other have.
The quit is called a star in some listing, and an exploding start in others.
History of the building I can find.

Style/Design: Greek Revival False Front
False front in the Greek Revival style. Quoins.
Use of cast iron for neo-classical flavor.
"Interesting combination of classical style with new materials.
Concrete is used to imitate stone. Addition added to back, door or
