Sacred Heart Church is a Roman Catholic church built in 1913, and closed in 1973 because the Diocese didn't have the money to maintain it. Since then, the church has been unused and not maintained. A propane explosion in 1983 at a nearby factory blew out many of the windows, which have not been fixed. An adjacent school was torn down in 2003 and the rectory was torn down in 2017. According to this website, restoration has begun in March, 2021. Much more history of this building at this link.
