This red brick church, located at 313 North Livingston, is a classic example of Midwestern Church Gothic Revival architecture. Identification starts with the towered entry. The entry has an arched glass transom over two wood doors. There is an arched brick lintel with a dated keystone "1894" above the transom. A steeply pointed canopy, another key feature of church Gothic Revival, completes the entryway. The tower continues with tall, thin arched windows culminating into a sharply pointed steeple topped by a cross.

Windows along the front and the side facade are again the tall, thin, arched windows of the Gothic Revival movement. Along the side facade, brickwork "columns" can be seen jutting out between the windows to give the illusion of the old flying buttresses of the original Gothic Architecture. Four concrete steps lead to two wooden doors with etched glass inserts. Above the door is an arched stained glass window. The entryway is arched with a decorative keystone with the carved date "1894". The entryway is at the bottom of the tower that is the steeple. Above the entryway is a large arched window that consists of three arched panes topped by a circular pane. Five arches are at the base of the actual steeple. Three are bricked over, two have glass panes. Above these arches, another window with the arched panes topped by the circular pane, however, the motif is completed with slatting and there are only two arches instead of three. Dentil corbelling is evident before the transition to the asphalt shingles. The steeple is topped by a stone cross.
