The bust of Frank Zappa sits upon a 15 foot post outside of the Enoch Pratt Free Library. The statue was designed and donated to Baltimore by a Frank Zappa fan club based out of Lithuania.

Frank Zappa was born as Frank Vincent Zappa on December 21, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a musician, composer, songwriter, and bandleader. His career spanned over 3 decades in music styles of rock, pop, jazz, orchestral, and more while releasing over 60 albums either solo or with the Mothers of Invention.
