"Central construction, located in front of the emblematic Jofre Theater. Building in a regionalist style, it shows a large staircase that leads to the triple arcade of the main façade, which creates a marked horizontality, while at the same time constituting a reference to the classical world. Two towers with a flat roof flank said façade. However, most of its structural and decorative elements are more reminiscent of a mountain architecture (Cantabrian) than autochthonous."
