"Located on the classic corner plot, it is conceived as an extension of the old pension. An intermediate load-bearing wall is introduced for the subsequent erection of two floors with oak boards. On the façade there is an elaborate design of the windowsills and railings using wrought iron and concrete. The Fonda Suiza is the work of Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro and is dated between 1909 and 1910."
