Long Description:
The Green Bank Observatory is an astronomical observatory and it operates 4 telescopes including the Robert C. Byrd Green Bank Telescope which is the largest fully steerable radio telescope in the world. Established by the National Science Foundation in 1956, it now an independent institution since 2016.
