Den Bosch has the main line going from the North (eg Amsterdam) to the South (Maastricht). Also the East (Zwolle) to West (Roosendaal) line passes through Den Bosch.
Den Bosch train station:
The train station has a main hall with entrance to the city. When you enter the main station, you will go up to the first floor (stairs/escalator). Walk towards the tracks and you will be able to see the trains come and go from the overpass. If you do not go down to the tracks, you do not need a ticket.
